Terms of Use
These terms apply to Bunny Truck Jam and other games published by Hakan Can, trading as Tora Games ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing a game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the law of your country. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game and everything in it (art, characters, levels, music, code and trademarks) belong to us or our licensors.
If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the game or for support.
3. Virtual items and purchases
- The game contains virtual items such as coins, boosters, lives and packs. They are a license to use content in the game, not property, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies, except where the law gives you other rights.
- Progress and virtual items are stored on your device. Deleting the game, resetting or changing the device can remove them, and we may not be able to restore them.
- We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items to keep the game working and fair.
4. Ads
The game offers optional rewarded ads in exchange for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by third parties; we do not endorse the products they show. Watching ads is never required to play.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified versions of the game, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the game, interfere with its services, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove access, rewards or purchases obtained by breaking these rules.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering a game or any feature of it. Games may need an internet connection for some features, and may not always be available.
8. Disclaimer
The games are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We may end your license if you break these terms. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 12 continue to apply after the license ends.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are handled by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims there.
